    or subsidized so poor people can read it. everyone has the right to be informed in a democracy.

    It IS Free!

    Every McDonalds location gets 50 copies, every morning.... Supposedly a free copy with every hot beverage ordered....

    NOTE: FREE Coffee Oct 28 to Nov 1!

    PLUS most busier SkyTrain stations have FREE papers every Tue-Wed & Thur....

    You can read the online edition....

    Many public libraries also get the paper....

    ... if you want information about "democracy" in british columbia don't look to the news media, including the province newspaper, for it. the two vancouver newspapers are just propaganda outlets for the government and nothing more ...

    ... an alternative to those filthy government-sponsored rags is what we need!
