ARChon runtime lets you run unlimited number of Android APKs created with chromeos-apk on Chrome OS and across any desktop platform that supports Chrome.

    How to guide for Windows:
    • Grab the archon runtime from here: https://github.com/vladikoff/chromeos-apk/blob/master/archon.md#instructions (look for 'download the runtime')
    • Extract the contents of the archon runtime zip file, then in Chrome (version 37+ only!) go to the url chrome://extensions
    • Check the "Developer Mode" checkbox, top right corner of this page.
    • Click "Load unpacked extension", and browse to the extracted archon runtime folder (make sure the root folder you pick is vladikoff-archon-XXXXXXXX, it should have a folder named _platform_specific directly inside it). You can ignore the warnings it gives you.
    • Grab a chrome APK zip from here http://www.reddit.com/r/chromeapks
    • Install it as an unpacked extension, same way as the runtime above, click launch on the new extension.
