Historical Pho Bich Nga on Kingsway and Victoria

    One way to tell if someone grew up in East Van in the 90s and early 2000s. It's been almost a decade since it closed down :(. The Vietnamese restaurant was located on the corner of Kingsway and Victoria.

    I never did eat at "Pho Bitch Nigga". It was well known that the restaurant held illegal gambling events in the back, at least among the Vietnamese community.
