MyeHealth missing reports, great customer service

If you're using my My eHealth to track your medical lab results and notice some missing reports, there might be a lab clerical error at play.

In my uncle's case, the lab switched his First Name and Middle Name (which is a common uncorrected mistake for Asians).

I contacted the Myehealth support team and they were quick to help and also gave a much appreciated comprehensive explanation on where things went wrong.

Great customer service. The website itself is easy to use and lab results come out so quickly (hours for routine bloodwork). Very useful for keeping tabs on your lab reports since doctors' offices are often slow or disorganized and lose them.

Great service, no need to ask for report now, just download online.
