    A green cell means the company hires mostly Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
    A red cell means the company hires foreign temps.

    The last column reflects ease of commute. A green cell means it is easy to get to without a car. Yellow means there's somewhat of a hassle. If a car is required, the cell is red.
