Man sits on gold mine, refuses to budge

    It's pretty disgraceful what the mining company offered the other owners (market value + 25%). I for one admire what he's doing, life is more than just money after all. Legally, the government can expropriate the land due to eminent domain and give him market value right? If so, I hope he gets something worthwhile to show for it if that ends up happening.
