... thank you for bringing this story to our attention, flutterby. it's more proof that the police are not in place to assist the public in any way and are in fact waging a war against the population coast to coast. and of course "mental health" is the easiest excuse of all to harass and detain people for no reason because it's so subjective and can't be proven either way ...

... truth is though, it's the police who are the psychopathic deranged nutcases and they're the ones who should be locked up!
