Local Looking for lead on Vietnamese cream puffs (home catered and delivered to your house)

This is a bit of an odd request but over a decade ago I remember someone at my house ordered about two dozen cream puffs by phone. The proprietors advertised via newspaper and were a home operation run by a Vietnamese family. I think the wife made them at home and the husband delivered them? They were awesome but no one remembers what the number was or who makes them.

So the question is, does what I describe remind you of any home catering business you know of? No one mention Beard Papa please, their pastry:cream ratio isn't sufficient for my tastes and they're not a home catering business.
