Vacant Position: Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

• Acquire luxury property sales and leasing listings
• Develop and manage client base
• Manage entire sales and leasing process with landlord and tenant, vendor and purchaser
• Appraise real estate values
• Carryout property viewings
• Coordinate marketing events and presentations to clients
• Create, maintain and update property listings
• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• Research and analysis of market

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent negotiation skills
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (English only candidates will be considered)
• Experiences in Real Estate is preferred but not necessary
• Proactive and highly driven to exceed budget expectations
