Logistics and Marketing Volunteer

Interested in gaining work experience in international health food trade?

We are offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic start-up business in downtown Vancouver. You will provide support with export-import transactions, assisting clients from across the globe on customer and regulatory compliance, in particular with regards to meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated organization skills, including time management, reminder and document retrieval systems

• Coachable, adaptable, self-motivated with interest in international business and international trade
• Work experience in developing countries desirable (extensive travel experience may be considered)
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt to various cultural backgrounds and changing situations
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish. French and/or German an advantage.
• Must have own computer with MSOffice and/or iWork
