Hot dogs give me insomnia

    One or two I don't notice it but if I eat, say a whole package over three days, I totally notice it. .....weird

    ... hot dogs! what an excellent dinner suggestion! hot dogs don't give me insomnia, but i do feel a little guilty after eating them considering they're not the most nutritious food around ...
