HLLQP - Insurance Agents Wanted

Our company works with 45,000 unions in North America who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand of our client base, we are looking for highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families. We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our Burnaby office including a Sales Professionals position and a Management position.

Job Descriptions:

Agents - We will provide you with clients (no cold calling, no door knocking, no messaging 500 of your Facebook friends - Only warm leads generated by our marketing team). You will set appointments to meet with our clients. This provides a very flexible schedule. Upon appointments, you will help our clients enroll in their unionized benefit packages and follow up with their claims.

Management Position - Your daily roles will be to locate new sales candidates throughout recruitment websites including Craigslist, Monster, Indeed, etc. if necessary. You will be responsible for training these new agents, continually coaching them, making sure they hit their numbers and targets, and ultimately leading them to success.

working families.

Expectations:

- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to do face-to-face meetings with clients
- Ethical and honest business practices.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a providence background check.
- LLQP or HLLQP license required, or willing to complete certified online course.
- Positive "Can-Do" attitude at all times
