Anybody a fan of this exercise regimen? I'm doing sprint based ones at a a field at a local school/park and it's pretty hardcore. My rest period is pretty long though, often a minute and a half or longer. I'm finding the timing part the hardest to adjust to. I hate constantly looking at a stopwatch, but have yet to find an easy solution? Any ideas?

Buddy was telling bout HIIT. I'm hoping once my cardio gets up, and I can get down to 1 or 2 cigarettes instead of the 6 i'm puffin a day. I'll be able to work it better. I just started working out recently (maybe 3 months ago) and still learning the basics.

Let me know how it works out, maybe you can show me a thing or two.
