All the squeemish just look away

Doctors often overlook this connection ladies and the liver tests are often inconclusive. Google this correlation. A liver detox can help. Many medications damage the liver.

Adrenal fatIgue, from stress and trauma, is a main factor in PMS:

Overworked adrenals eventually crash, leading to adrenal exhaustion, where the body is unable to maintain adequate adrenal hormone production. Symptoms of overtaxed adrenals include extreme fatigue (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), irritability, inability to concentrate, frustration, insomnia, addictions to either sweet or salty foods, allergies, nervousness, depression, anxiety, PMS, sensitivity to cold, diabetes and headaches. Chronic low blood pressure can be a key symptom of adrenal exhaustion.

If you've had a lot of abuse and stress in yr life, you can add PMS to that list due to Adrenal Fatigue. This can be treated by dealing with the stress ie massage, psychotherapy etc and nutritional supplements ie Zinc. For the Adrenal gland.
