A lot of people are unaware that with your public library card, you get access to a lot of cool resources such as government records, newspaper archives, ebooks, audiobooks, academic and scientific literature, etc.

One is these is a website called Press Display where you can view newspapers (real replica versions of the actual physical paper) from all over the world. Some of these are the Vancouver Sun, National Post... all the big papers and even some odd tabloids. They have newspapers in other languages as well. I haven't accessed it in awhile, but they seem to have a mobile version too.

To use this resource for FREE, you have to go through this library link and enter your library card information: http://www.vpl.ca/extDB/login.remoteDB?PressDisplay

So what resources do you use?
