Tech Change addon icon order

Hello Guys,

We've been complaining over this for ages and Opera just does nothing. What's even more bizarre is the fact that Chrome supports this, but Opera based on Chrome doesn't. It's idiotic. And something so basic and something that we have on screen 100% of the time. And yet they "can't" dedicate coding resources to make this somehow. I literally cannot understand their logic.

I don't care how they do it, either by up/down arrows in the extensions panel or by allowing drag and drop, just give us the damn control over this already Opera.
