Cellphone tower in our backyard!

Has anyone dealt with next door neighbor hosting a cellphone tower in the backyard?

We moved back to the house that was rented out previously and shockingly discovered a cellphone tower next to our property line after some old trees died. The neighbour hosting the tower has a big two-acre lot with lots tall trees. However, the tower is situated away from their house but close to ours. The neighbor is getting good monthly lease revenue.

We have preference not to live next to it because of health concerns. Our little granddaughter is living with us. The house is close to good schools and transit where we want to live for a long time. We don't want to live with question mark on health impacts while she is growing up. Other concerns are aesthetics and property values.

We feel the cell tower doesn't belong in a residential community. There are other places near that could be used.

Anyone has experience with this situation?? Any suggestions are appreciated.
