Finances & Real Estate Car financing for people on working holiday visas?

    I have been living in Vancouver since July '13 and plan to stay here for good provided I get permanent residence. Current status is a 2 year working holiday visa that expires in july '15. should I be able to qualify for financing or short term( >1 Year) Loan?
