CALLING ALL WOMEN

“North Shore Ball Hockey Association is looking for women ages 16 - 55 to join our ball hockey league. This sport is played in a gym, wearing running shoes. No experience necessary, this is a great way for women of all ages to meet other ladies in the community, stay fit and enjoy some "me" time once a week for a couple hours. Our Fall 2011 league will be starting in September 2011 and registration is now available at nsbha.com. The cost to play includes jerseys, gym time, referees, trophies and sponsorship. A great way to promote active, healthy living and to make new friends in your community. This season we will be playing at the Memorial Gym on Upper Lonsdale and would love to see new faces!”
