    Bounty hunters are most likely illegal here in Canada cause it violates the criminals rights. We love criminals here. Extraditing some of them is like trying to squeeze blood from a rock. Especially the one's accused of committing the heinous crimes. If they face the death penalty at home we wrap them up in cozy blankets and make conditions to the extraditing country, that the death penalty is too harsh, even if the wack job raped and murdered a bunch of kids. Will coddle them in nice comfy jails till we get our demands met and make sure they are nice and safe in a nice jail with curtains and computers when they get back. Yup, we love criminals and gangsters in Canada. I guess because are Country is run by them. God I feel patriotic.
