I'm trying to get my life in order and have decided to go back to school. I was accepted to BCIT engineering but I'm worried that employers will think that I'm a 'second rate' student compared to UBC and SFU engineering grads. I come from an Asian family so anything besides UBC is considered garbage.

I have some questions for those who have gone through. First, is the program any good?
More importantly, was it easy to find a job? Do your bosses and coworkers respect you?
Is it worth it to do the full 4 year Bachelor of Engineering program compared to the 2 year diploma?

    Thanks guys.
