Razor clams are popular in Asia and they're gaining popularity here as well. They were featured on Masterchef Canada last year and can be ordered at many Cantonese seafood restaurants. Imported razor clams from Ireland can be found at some Asian seafood markets albeit at an outrageous price. When they first appeared last year, it was $8.88/lb but now I've seen them as high as $31/lb.

Razor clams are found locally on the west coast of Vancouver Island and Hawaii Gwaii but are not farmed commercially. Hopefully, there are efforts to pursue this in the future and we'll see the price of razor clams drop. I believe that the DFO and the Haida First Nation are doing some aquaculture testing.
