Students Credit Transfer of Undergraduate Student in UBC

Hi everyone, I am a freshman in UBC this fall. Since I have read British GCE A Level Economics before, I am eligible for credit transfer for Econ 101 and Econ 102 in UBC. However, in order to have a sound background, I want to read Econ101,Econ102 again. My question is, if I am failed in Econ 101,102 test, can I still get credits as a result of credit transfer from A Level? Thanks a lot!

FWIW, first year econ courses aren't known to be overly difficult. Depending on which prof you get, it might even be a GPA booster for you. It's up to you whether or not you want to take the gamble.

Do you plan to major in econ at all? if not then don't re-take it. it's a crappy course, i dont know who in their right mind would take it for fun. unless you're 100% sure you'll do well in the class lol, most 1st years struggle with it.
