Are East-Europeans difficulty people?

Why some immigrants from East European countries are usually not that nice or friendly as people from other parts of the world? They sometimes very rude and mean, easy to be angry. They take everything personally and question everything not suppose to be a problem to normal people. Are they difficulty people? I don't really understand their mindset.

Maybe the East Europeans who migrated to British Columbia are often like that. Here in Broward County, south Florida, East Europeans are a charming model minority. You never hear any trouble from them. Polite, clean, quiet, they work hard and mind their own business. Low-key, intelligent and cultured.
I love south Florida's East Europeans.

... it's unwise to tarnish entire mass groups of people with one brush. what you've described could apply to any ethnicity. it depends on how they were brought up ...

Eastern European living conditions are dreadful, the food an absolute horror and people can't wait to escape-but when they do they find that no one wants to hear their pitiful tales of woe and they become even worse excuses for human beings.

Look @ the nannies you see in the city-they're almost all happy chirpy Filipinas- who would want to hire a sour Pollock woman to watch their kids all day?

I wouldn't hire one to clean my toilet.

Have encountered both nice/friendly and aggressive/rude East Europeans. It depends on the person/personality/education, etc.

Would you like it if someone said these things about Chinese in British Columbia, Maple Leaf? I have heard many on these forums voice precisely these complaints about your people.

Excellent point Vivek. Raking groups as a whole over hot coals burns a lot of innocent and decent people.

I'm south (Mediterranean) European descent , why would I be different ? I have friends all over the world, but I would agree that I do wish that there was more of a European community here in Vancouver.

This whole thread is just an excuse for the non-whites (e.g. Chinese, Filipinos, East Indians ) to gang up on the whites (e.g. Eastern Europeans). It's also an excuse for the non-whites to prop up their beloved Temporary Foreign Worker program which takes away jobs from whites. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Bine, that Maple Leaf woman has a chip on her shoulder, very touchy about the slightest criticism of China or Chinese. Well people like her who live in glass houses should not throw stones. And she gives me the impression of being rather unhappy with Canada. If my impression is right, there is a simple solution. It's called a return ticket.

How many times you have been rude to me? how many times you said something like "go back to China" to me? why? because I complain about something? everybody in this forum come with something to complain about, do you want to say "go back to your hometown" to all of us? or you only against immigrants from China like me? Do you Indian guys seriously have problems with Chinese people? or you are just a difficult Indian guy who would against everything to highlight himself?

In British Columbia I have heard a lot complains about your Indians are lairs, lazy and slow people, so many times I have heard people talking about you Indian country full of rapists, is that true? would you like it when you repeat your bad words about Chinese people?

Most of your Indian women & children live on welfare, do you even know where the welfare comes from, when you complain about rich Chinese immigrants who pay most of
the government taxes which is the main source of your welfare?

Vivek vs. Maple leaf -- there's no one to root for. You both are equally unlikeable.

Maple Leaf, I too have very little respect for many of those ill-educated Punjabis in British Columbia. Their conduct has given East Indians a bad name, and I cannot totally blame whites for being prejudiced. I don't support Indian people just because I myself am of their ethnicity. In fact, just like the mutual dislike between the secular Jew and the orthodox Jew, I prefer to avoid Indians who are not westernized. Those people are to me what Zulu warriors are to a black Harvard professor.

By the way, what are you trying to prove by posting in large red letters? If you think yelling and screaming wins arguments, you are still in elementary school.

To me there is no difference between people or races, I think all people, no matter what their races are, are equal as human being.

The only difference between people in my eyes is their attitude toward me or my race, if they respect me or Chinese race, I will respect them, to me they are friends not enemies, if they hate my race, or insult me or my people, they are my enemies, I don't mind to start a war with them.

Morality has nothing to do with race. there are good people and bad people in every race. but some people from certain cultural background are hard to understand or deal with, resulting in lots of misunderstanding and conflicts. one thing good about internet and migration is to mix different people together, make them understanding each other by way of communication.

I post in big red in order to catch everybody's eyes, because what I said is open to everybody, I hope everybody notice them.

Use normal script, Maple Leaf. People are not blind. Don't scream.
