• Some meditation practice groups (Sanghas) are only a block away and provide some retreats. One sangha emerged from Thich Nhat Hanh's leadership. Two others are inspired by Zen. There's also at least one Buddhist temple nearby.

• Must be quiet between 11p - 10am. If you're noisy we'll communicate this to you. If you continue to refuse to abide by noise regulations, we will report you to the police, and evict you. Noise outside of these hours is okay.
• Quiet, responsible, conscientious. MUST be highly considerate of neighbors, as one previous tenant got evicted for noise. We're aiming at creating a harmonious apartment-building community.
• Must be honest; we'll be using a service like http://www.tenantverification.com to weed out dishonest applicants.
