This needs a video because picture does not show him cut in and out.

Is that a cap hanging there?

Oh wow lol, a place for all of the photos of cars I've taken. Wasn't an N driver, this woman in a toyota corolla is going at 40 when there is a gap in front of her on 41st. I'm right behind her, we reach Oak & 41st and all of a sudden she brakes to let an old woman from the road island, white haired to J WALK. Fucking j walk, so the car in the next lane to us sees a gap at the front so he's going at 60 and brakes and the tires screech. She could have potentially killed that old woman by "helping" her.

That is dangerous. Just like how a car on the right lane was stopping for some people to cross. I was coming down the left lane. No way I could have seen the people crossing. The car that was stopping for the people was blocking them. I had to step hard on the brakes. Good thing I don't drive all that fast.

Dick driving a black Porsche cayenne SUV decides to drive right next to me in the same lane and cut me off, more like force his way in front of my car. License plate: [removed]. Wasn't following the rules of the road.

I just got a Dash Cam....maybe I should start visiting this thread often with a video (proof) of law breakers. Couple of times I have seen Cops change lanes without signalling and one time this cop was on his cell phone. Must be an emergency call.....since you are allowed to talk on your hand held device if it is an emergency while driving.

One cop (from what I could see), was in an unmarked car changing lanes going on King George Blvd turning left on 64th Avenue. He was driving with one hand on the steering, while tilted sideways and no signal. I guess he was enjoying his ride and authority.

If you focus on these kinds of things you start to see them happen more.
