Not much at home, so far I've eaten rice with canned smoked herring and some vegetables. Feeling too lazy to cook anything right now.

Yesterday I think I had a stroke of genius. I was rummaging through the fridge and found some sweetened condensed milk. Sometimes I'll have sweetened condensed milk with a bit of bread (it's a South East Asian thing...), but then I saw the jar of peanut butter. I ended up making this (okay two of them):

I did use Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter so it might not work as well with your run of the mill supermarket version. If the peanut butter is too sweet on its own, it'll overpower the subtley of the condensed milk.

    What should I call it?

Edit: nvm, google says it's already been done :(.

HAHA! Aww, I've never seen that...lol hahaha! Trust me, there's always someone out there who's mixed crazy stuff together already!

I'm about to go make myself fettucini alfredo with some grilled chicken. Yup!

That's true! But apparently condensed milk and peanut butter is popular in HK tea places.

Today I'm eating noodles with vegetables and beef balls in a simple seaweed soy sauce mirin broth.

Toast it! I always pay the premium to upgrade my toast with condensed milk and pb in hk style tea shop!

^I don't eat carrots that much anymore, but I've turned orange as a baby from them.

Ate a rotisserie chicken sandwich today and finished off left over chili.

I had a slice of Hawaiian pizza yummy!
And you'd think that people would find out what they're drinking before they're drinking it right?
LOL apparently not in my case, I've been drinking this for some time now and just tell my mom to get me the eyeball/egg drink.

Until I googled it today and it turns out it's not some egg drink LOL...meh.

@cheeseshredder, I could use some orange I'm pale as a ghost.

    Thai Basil Seed drinks FTW.

Used to think they were tadpoles.

Today had a slice of potato pizza and a slice of beef and blue cheese at Uncle Fatih's on my way home.

Yesterday night I had a late night snack (after filling up on other things) that made me feel kind of sick. Stuffed a bacon cheddar smokey in one of those cheese bread sticks and heated it in the oven for awhile.

    THAT'S WHAT IT'S REALLY CALLED?!
The girl when I googled said it's basil seed w/ seaweed.
Yeah I thought they were frog eggs but my mom said it's refreshing so LOL...and I asked her if it's animal. She said, "No, it's some plant I don't know the English but it's good for you." Me:"You sure? That's like the time you told me there's no bones in the fish but there was or that time when you said..."
    Her:"Just drink for crying outloud."

    It's awesome isn't it?

Do you use that bottled artificial Banana flavouring?

Super greasy late night snack from 2 days ago:

^No idea what that banana flavouring you're speaking of. Pic maybe?

Wow, you eat in your room! (Yeah I don't really notice the food lol.)

Lunch today: I had AYCE Sushi and was charged HST for the first time! Even took a photo of the bill ahhaha to remember my first day being charged HST...
Then I had gelato at Granville Island which wasn't all that great (was plan B because I couldn't find a cheesecake etc. -.-)
Was misled by the Granville St. aka Downtown not Granville Island.

Not strictly lunch, but why not?

Made a pizza using president's choice naan bread as the crust.

Toppings were PC's double smoked cured bacon, caramelized onions, chopped cremini mushroooms. Sauce was just Primo's zesty garlic and herb pasta sauce.

Put on too much cheese and not enough sauce, I made it again the next day with less cheese, more sauce, no onion, but added parmesan (prior to cooking) and it tasted better.

Today I made a random sirloin I found in the fridge. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder as seasoning.

Cooked some smoked bacon in a hot pan for extra flavour, took out the bacon, added more oil and finally added the steak. Quick sear, then transferred into the oven to finish. Deglazed the pan with some red wine and a little bit of balsamic vinegar. Put in some white mushrooms and added the bacon again.
