Attachment hormone released during sex

    so thats why one night stands are so difficult? turns out the same attachment hormone produced in birthing a child, Oxytocin, is also released during sex helping you become deeply emotionally attached to your partner. no wonder breaking up is so hard to do......

    Snuggling and non sexual touch also release feel good endorphins in the brain......cuddle party anyone?

    Hugging IS a great way to get a dose of oxytocin. But they need to be nice, long hugs, so don't let go of your loved ones too quickly!
